Primary education is free in Kenya and most attend high-school as well.
On some level I sympathize with the kids, public schools in Kenya are rather like military camps, very harsh, but at the same time it was far worse decades ago, child abuse is at least now taken seriously and beatings no longer condoned, their parents would have treasured whatever education they could get.
Kenya is becoming Africa's France, disagree with something with the government..riot.
